Welcome to RupBaz.com. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Nature of the Marketplace

RupBaz operates as a multi-vendor online marketplace. We provide a platform for independent Sellers (Vendors) to list products and for Buyers to purchase them. RupBaz is not the manufacturer or the direct seller of products listed by third-party Vendors.

Product Warranty & Quality

• Vendor Responsibility: Any warranty or guarantee for a product is provided solely by the Vendor or the Manufacturer.
• No RupBaz Liability: RupBaz does not offer any additional warranty. We are not liable for any repairs, replacements or claims related to product performance or durability.

Vendor Obligations & Listing Accuracy

• Accuracy: Vendors must provide 100% accurate information regarding product titles, descriptions and images.
• Penalties: If a Vendor provides misleading images or incorrect product descriptions, RupBaz reserves the right to impose financial penalties (fines), remove the listing or terminate the Vendor’s account.

Dispute Resolution (The Mediator Role)

• Mediation: In case of a dispute between a Buyer and a Seller (for example, regarding product quality or a return), RupBaz will act as the official Mediator.
• Final Decision: Both Buyers and Sellers agree that the decision made by RupBaz in any dispute shall be final and binding on all parties. No further claims will be entertained once RupBaz reaches a decision.

Pricing and Order Cancellation

• Pricing Errors: In the event of an obvious pricing error (for example, a technical glitch), RupBaz reserves the right to cancel the order, even after confirmation.
• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, stock unavailability or violation of our policies.

Limitation of Liability

RupBaz acts as an intermediary. We are not responsible for any damages (direct or indirect) resulting from the use of products purchased through the platform. Responsibility for product safety and legality lies solely with the Vendor.

Delivery and Returns

• Third-Party Logistics: Delivery is carried out by third-party courier partners. RupBaz is not liable for delays caused by logistics companies or by force majeure events (for example, natural disasters or strikes).
• Policies: All returns and refunds are subject to our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Termination

RupBaz reserves the right to suspend or ban any user (Buyer or Seller) who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent behaviour or harms the reputation of the platform.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account has been used without your permission, please contact us immediately. RupBaz is not liable for any loss caused by the misuse of your account details where you have shared them or failed to keep them secure.

Intellectual Property

The RupBaz name, logo, website design and content are the property of RupBaz and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission. Product images and descriptions remain the responsibility of the Sellers who upload them.

Changes to These Terms

RupBaz may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. By continuing to use RupBaz after changes are published, you agree to the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
