What Can We Do For You?
Support Every Day
Our support team is available from 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week, by phone, WhatsApp, email and live chat.
Verified Sellers
Every seller completes KYC verification, including a National ID, a selfie and, where required, a Trade License, before they can start selling.
Nationwide Delivery
Orders are delivered within 5 working days inside Dhaka and within 10 working days outside Dhaka.
Easy Returns
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Secure Payments
Pay with Cash on Delivery or securely online through SSLCommerz. We never store your card or banking details.

Guided by our commitment to “Authenticity First”, we are building RupBaz step by step, starting with sellers across Bangladesh. International expansion is part of our long-term plan (Phase 2), but our mission stays the same: delivering excellence with every click.
