What documents do I need?
A valid National ID (NID), passport or driving licence, and a recent selfie. A Trade License is optional at sign-up. If your product category requires one, our team will contact you.
How long does approval take?
Our team reviews your application and KYC documents within 1–3 business days.
When will I receive my payments?
Earnings are added to your seller wallet 3 days after delivery for online-paid orders, and after the courier pays RupBaz for Cash on Delivery orders. Payouts are processed weekly via bKash, Nagad or bank transfer (minimum ৳1,000).
